Williams Pine Meadow Estates is a private, gated community nestled in the mountains just outside of downtown Williams. We are committed to ensuring our residents enjoy a safe, tranquil and picturesque environment.
Our board members are available to address concerns and welcome your suggestions. Board meetings are held quarterly on the first Saturday of November, February, and May. Our annual meeting and community picnic is the first Saturday in August.
Our community is home to many animals; deer, elk, foxes, skunks, squirrels, and a variety of birds. You might even spot bald eagles, bear, and mountain lions. Our community is not only a sanctuary for our residents, but our wildlife as well. Hunting of any kind is not permitted.
Located 2.5 hours from downtown Phoenix, 30 minutes from Flagstaff, and just 1 hour from the Grand Canyon makes our location ideal for escaping the chaos of the city, yet easy access to shopping and other conveniences.
